公司坚持以高新技术为导向、致力于科技转化为生产力，在短短几年里迅猛发展，现已形成以低维材料及其应用技术教育部重点实验室（湘潭大学）为研发基地、株洲永盛为生产基地的产业化格局，拥有以博士、硕士、高级工程师为主体的专业人才27人。
近两年来，应市场需求，成功推出新产品10余项，拥有专利20余项，年产量已达到5000吨。
