厦门威迪亚精密模具塑胶有限公司位置于中国 福建 厦门 厦门市海沧区 厦门海沧区霞飞东路2号，长期经营精密模具设计与制造，脲醛盖板，厦门威迪亚精密模具塑胶有限公司(前身为厦门威迪亚建材工业有限公司模具厂)，创建于1995年，专业从事精密注塑模具、压塑模具、高频振动焊接模具、旋转焊接模具及压铸模具的设计、加工、制造，尤其对卫浴配件、家用电器、汽车零部件模具有独到的设计制造经验。
公司拥有配套齐全的模具加工设备、辅助加工设备、检测设备，如三坐标测量仪、投影仪等。
有从事模具设计、制作及现场管理和生产的多级专业技术人员近200多人，年产各类模具500多付，年产值近两千万元以上，20%以上出口到日本和美国,主要客户有日本TOTO、夏普、INAX、松下、美国科勒、MANSFIELD等。
随着公司的发展，在2003年10月成立脲醛课，生产车间2000多平方米，现拥有350吨以上油压成型机18台，抛光设备十五台，装配工作生产站三条，物理实验室一间，是国内卫浴行业中率先采用脲醛材料生产盖板的制造商；在多年的生产过程中,我们积极进行技术创新和技术改造，不断提高产品质量和生产效率，降低制造成本，努力打造成客户最满意的脲醛盖板供应商。
在2005年又成立了精密注塑车间，拥有大小100吨~850吨先进的精密电脑注塑机数十台，其中有数台东芝（全电动机）注塑机，实现了各种精密塑料件从模具开发、设计、制造、出样、量产的加工一条龙服务。
2002年初我们建立了符合ISO 9001：2000《质量管理体系-要求》的质量管理体系，通过了英国SGS公司的认证。

  WDI Precision Mold and Plastic Co. Ltd (originally the molding factory of WDI (Xiamen) Plumbing Co. Ltd) was founded in 1995. The company specializes in the design, processing and manufacturing of precise injection mold, press mold, high frequency vibration welding mold, rotation welding mold and die casting mold. The company has profound experience in the tooling of kitchen and bathroom essories and fittings, household appliances and vehicle parts. The company is equipped with mold processing equipment and test equipment such as: three-coordinate measuring machine, projector, etc. It has a professional team of mold design and manufacturing and site management with over 200 technical staff, which complete over 500 sets of tooling annually, the worth of 20 million USD. 20% of its products is exported to USA and Japan, with TOTO, Sharp, INAX, Panasonic, Kohler and MANSFIELD as major customers.        In Oct. 2003, WDI set up a urea seat department, one of the first Chinese manufacturers to produce toilet seats with urea material. It has exerting itself in technological innovation and quality improvement, with the aim to e a cost-efficient and satisfactory urea seat producer to customers.
