Our new factory is located in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China. We are one of cast iron products leading manufacturers in China, we have familiar production experience in the field of foundry industry, we provide mold development, production, processing and export serial services, so we are your one-stop solution manufacturer to reduce your cost and save your time. We mainly produce gray cast iron castings, copper alloy castings and aluminum alloy castings products. Our major products are gas grill parts, like cooking grid & plate, grate, burner, baking tray and so on; cookware like pan support, saucepan, stockpot, wok, skillet, Dutch Oven, cake pan and so on; plumbing drainage products, like sanitary floor sink, floor drain, roof drain, trench drain and pipe fittings, etc.; wood stove and fireplace essories; household adornment & household goods, like table base and so on. Our products are mainly export to Europe, The Americas, South Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East markets. We are a people-oriented factory, and we always maintain credit first, quality first and customer uppermost management idea. We own 2 branch plants and 1 general plant, we have 6 advanced Disa automatic production lines, 1 manual production line, 2 porcelain enamel production lines and 2 high heat paint spraying lines, our daily output of cast iron cooking grid and baking tray are 20,000 pieces and cast iron gas burner is more than 10,000 pieces. All of our cast iron products meet GB/T6414-1999 and GB/T11351-1989 criterions and all of our BBQ cast iron enamel and high heat paint products regularly tested ording to French food safety regulations RF 2004-64 and Decret No. 92-631, U.S. FDA CPG7117.06 and 7117.07 and European Union 1935-2004/EC criterions, and all of our plumbing drainage products regularly tested ording to IAPMO R&T UPC standard.
